Venezuela President Hugo Chavez accused the U.S of being behind the unrest in Ecuador, he made the allegation after emerging from a meeting of The Union of South American Nations today. The Union of South American Nations convened an emergency meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to discuss the situation.
